Modern Day Busing: Bedford's METCO Program

This mini-documentary follows Jonathan Pierre, a sophomore at Bedford High School, throughout his day, which starts at 5:35 AM each morning. He is a student in Boston's METCO program, which buses students from Boston to suburban schools in the surrounding area. It offers students the hope for a better education, but at a cost. This video was done in conjunction with Will Bryan and Sophia Marie

Fresh Truck

The FreshTruck drives fresh produce to Boston's 'food deserts,' neighborhoods where it is difficult to buy affordable, fresh food. Their aim is to radically impact community health by giving these neighborhoods access to fresh, nutrient dense, foods that they may not have the ability to get otherwise.
